Hunt, Esq., has served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee and Chapter 11 trustee for the United States Department of Justice for over a decade.  Our experience and focus in the bankruptcy field includes:

Among the services we provide in our bankruptcy practice are: (1) enforcing creditor's rights including the pursuit of commercial collections, recovering collateral, obtaining the appointment of trustees and/or receivers, the enforcement of judgments and litigation involving involuntary petitions; (2) general bankruptcy matters such as § 363 sales, prosecution and defense of preference or fraudulent transfer actions, preparation of proofs of claim, formulation and implementation of plans of reorganization, and representation of debtors, debtors-in-possession, secured and unsecured creditors and creditor committees; and (3) negotiating workouts and debt restructuring.  Our practice group has been involved in numerous high profile insolvency cases including Yugo America, Trader Horn, James P.
