• drafting, reviewing and litigating employment, non-competition and  confidentiality agreements, as well as other incentive compensation  arrangements;
• handling all Uniform Commercial Code matters, including secured transactions, standard purchase order terms, product warranty issues and negotiating and drafting agreements for the purchase or sale of goods or services;
• handling all aspects of contract negotiations, including leasing, financing,   employment, service provider and insurance matters; and
• the prosecution and/or defense of a wide array of business related litigation, including that concerning intellectual property such as trademarks, service marks, copyrights and trade secrets.
