• reconstruction of various layers of insurance policy coverages;
• risk-management advice and assistance in the procurement of appropriate insurance coverages and/or other contracts of indemnity for particular risks.

The firm deals with all types of insurance policies, from simple automobile and homeowners policies, to more complex products such as comprehensive general liability policies.

While the variety of insurance related services the firm provides are particularly attuned to the needs of insureds, the firm, and its various members, have provided their services to the insurance industry as well, most notably in the area of the litigation of coverage disputes.
